Management

David Corts, President & CEO
Mr. Corts leads the Impulse Radio team, setting and articulating the Company's overall vision and strategy. He leads the Company’s business development initiatives and is responsible for managing key relationships with iBiquity and the Company’s investors.

Prior to co-founding Impulse Radio, Mr. Corts was part of the founding team of @plan, a web-based research company where he was responsible for the overall integrity of all data for the company. This included the coordination and development of multiple software systems designed to automate data integration and validation. @plan completed its IPO in May 1999 and was acquired by Doubleclick in February 2001.

Upon leaving @plan, Mr. Corts worked in business development for the Online Services department at Lifecare.com, a leading provider of work/life benefits for Fortune 500 companies. In addition to establishing and negotiating strategic partnerships, he analyzed their online and offline business position to develop a pure web-play for the company, involving integration of all existing products and services.

Lee Hunter, EVP Marketing
Ms. Hunter is responsible for the development of the overall marketing strategy for Impulse Radio as well as managing the day-to-day implementation of marketing initiatives. In this capacity, Ms. Hunter works closely with Impulse Radio’s marketing, advertising and design consultants on the Company’s tactical positioning for advertising and media, print and online, trade shows, financing and public relations.

Prior to co-founding Impulse Radio, Ms. Hunter spent most of her career with Salomon Smith Barney. While at Salomon Smith Barney, Ms. Hunter served as a Product Manager in the retail marketing division before taking on responsibility for the firm’s retail online marketing efforts. Her role there ranged from coordination of the firm’s marketing and development efforts with online banking, to the creation of an online advertising and public relations strategy, to the production and implementation of strategic plans and web site development.

Ms. Hunter left Salomon Smith Barney to become the Director of Online Services at Lifecare.com. While there she was charged with the overall management of its web products, including strategic development, planning, marketing and new business sales.

Paul Signorelli, CTO

As Chief Technology Officer of Impulse Radio, Mr. Signorelli has the responsibility for overseeing all technical activities of the Company. This includes establishing the technical platform of the software applications the Company will offer and defining their level of functionality, as well as managing and aiding their development. Mr. Signorellli also leads the overall wireless data standards setting process and contributes to the Company's overall business strategy.

As a principal and co-founder of ASC Technologies, Inc., a software-consulting firm, Mr. Signorelli grew his business from 2 people to over 30 with 2,700 percent revenue growth. His responsibilities ranged from establishing the overall technical direction of the firm to new business development, sales and account management to managing financial operations.

Upon selling ASC in 1999, Mr. Signorelli became the Chief Information Officer at Lifecare.com. As a member of the executive management team, his key responsibilities included overall coordination of all internal IT functions, establishing the strategic vision for technology and web application deployment and management of over 30 internal and external staff members.

Chris Hulse, Advisor

In a business career spanning 14 years Chris has held numerous sales and management positions spanning the internet, direct marketing and new media.

Chris currently works at Business.com the leading Vertical Search engine and presides over it's North American, strategic sales and support teams. Hulse's teams are located in cities across the US, providing customers with partnerships, as well as centralized sales and services. His team works with some of the world's most widely recognized brands and advertising agencies, as well as some of the fastest growing companies in the US. Chris is also responsible for identifying and executing strategic Business Development relationships across Business.com's advertising, product and network initiatives.

Chris joined Business.com from Walker Digital Management, a privately held R&D laboratory where he served as Vice President, Business Development at three of its operating companies. Prior to that, Chris was a Managing Director of Sales for Altavista and Sr. Director East Coast Sales for Engage Media both wholly owned operating companies of CMGI having joined Flycast Networks prior to its IPO and acquisition by CMGI.

Chris began his career at Madison Direct Marketing a leading lifestyle direct marketing company based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Hulse has a bachelor of science degree in Business Economics and Finance from the State University of New York at Oneonta.

Chris currently serves as an advisor for both Impulse Radio and Vendmore Systems, LLC.

David Maxson, Advisor

As a principal and founder of Broadcast Signal Lab, a broadcast engineering consulting firm, Mr. Maxson oversees his company's efforts in the new-technology arena. Mr. Maxson is an active participant on the National Radio Systems Committee (NRSC) Digital Audio Broadcast ing Subcommittee, and draws on his 25 years of broadcast experience to advise Impulse Radio on its technical and business initiatives.

He is the former Vice President, Director of Engineering of Charles River Broadcasting Company, owner of Boston's classical radio station WCRB 102.5 FM. Mr. Maxson is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, is certified by the Society of Broadcast Engineers, and is a member of the NRSC's Digital Audio Broadcasting Subcommittee, Evaluation Working Group. He frequently presents technical papers at the National Association of Broadcasters Broadcast Engineering Conferences, most recently presenting a paper How Data Will Be Transmitted Over IBOC; Using a Data Gateway to Generate Revenue, at the 2002 conference in Las Vegas.
